Cornhole: The Social Game

The game of cornhole has come a long way since its conception. Legend has it that cornhole started in the southern parts of Ohio, around Cincinnati, and ever since has seen the popularity boom with international recognition.

You would be hard pressed to go to any athletic event and not see someone in the parking lot playing a game while tailgating with friends, family and their favorite beverage in their non-throwing hand. From baseball to football to Nascar and everything in between, cornhole has quickly become the preferred social party game today!

As the game has grown you are now starting to find it in more places than tailgates and backyard parties. There are many bars, towns and organizations that hold regular leagues and tournaments to scratch their bag tossing itch. With leagues and tournaments there also comes a few governing organizations that have came to be to oversee the rules and gameplay for those who want to take their game to the next level!

The best thing about the game of cornhole is that you can take it as easy or as far as you want to. It is the most accessible party game out there today where people from the age of 5 to 100 can compete on an even level; or if you really get bitten by the cornhole bug you can compete in many tournaments around the nation for your part of bag tossing stardom!
